St. Luke’s School offers Kindergarten through 3rd grade to students who meet Texas state age and inoculation requirements. Classes begin at 8 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Students may then participate in ASEP (After School Enrichment Program) until 6 p.m.

The curriculum of Kindergarten through 3rd grade is aligned with the Texas State Board of Education TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) to develop a curriculum that guarantees students will be instructed with material that will be covered by the state mandated test, TAKS. St. Luke’s attempts to utilize the same adopted textbooks either previously or currently used by Denison Independent School District.

Class size is restricted to sixteen students. Some of the primary grades may be combined classes, which facilitates cross grade grouping instruction.
